Light Language and Reiki
Emotional release
Fransi Nieuwoudt is a trained counsellor with an academic background in psychology, as well as an intuitive lightworker and artist. She offers personal sessions combining Light Language, Reiki and intuitive guidance. Her work is rooted in a deeply personal experience of both the light and dark sides of life.
Her own life journey has been marked by profound challenges and periods when life became incredibly difficult. She has experienced a darkness that few can imagine, while also living with constant physical pain and health challenges. Despite this, she approaches life with a strong sense of joy, warmth and a genuine desire to help others.
For Fransi, Light Language is something deeply personal. She describes it as her own original language – a way of expressing things that cannot always be put into words. Through sound, vibration and intuitive channelling, she creates a space where emotions and inner experiences can emerge and be seen.

In her sessions, she combines Light Language, Reiki, intuitive guidance and her counselling background. Each session is tailored to the individual and to what the client needs at that particular time. Fransi dedicates considerable time to exploring the questions and areas her clients seek support with. She listens, researches and prepares carefully in order to create a session that is as personal and meaningful as possible.
What many clients experience most strongly after her Light Language sessions is a sense of emotional relief – as though something has been released, making it easier to breathe and to carry what they have been carrying. For some, it is about connecting with emotions that have been difficult to express through words, while others experience a greater sense of calm, clarity and inner space.

Fransi’s work is also deeply influenced by her creativity. Since childhood, art, colour, poetry and writing have been important ways for her to express and understand life. She has published poetry and also creates intuitive artwork, allowing colours, shapes and symbols to communicate what cannot always be expressed through words.
For Fransi, healing is not about giving people ready-made answers. It is about creating a safe space where a person can pause, feel and reconnect with themselves. Her own experience of darkness has given her a deep understanding of how heavy life can sometimes feel – and perhaps also a special ability to meet others without judgement.
With warmth, creativity and deep personal commitment, Fransi’s intention is to help people feel lighter, more whole and more connected to themselves.
Light Language is a form of intuitive expression that can be experienced through sounds, vocal tones, movements, symbols, colours and vibrations. It is often described as a language of energy – one that does not rely on the ordinary structure of words or intellectual understanding.
For many people, Light Language is a deeply personal and intuitive experience. Rather than being understood through the mind, it is often experienced through the body, emotions and inner awareness. The sounds and expressions may arise spontaneously, allowing feelings and experiences that are difficult to put into words to be expressed in another way.
Light Language is often used in spiritual and energetic practices with the intention of supporting relaxation, emotional release, self-reflection and a deeper connection with oneself.
During a Light Language session, the practitioner may intuitively channel sounds, tones, words or other forms of expression according to what they sense is appropriate for the individual. Each session can therefore be completely unique.
Some people experience a sense of emotional release, lightness, calm or clarity afterwards, while others simply enjoy the experience as a form of meditation and deep inner reflection.
At its heart, Light Language is about moving beyond the limitations of ordinary words and creating space to connect with the deeper parts of ourselves.
